Essure Confirmation Test:

Recently completed market research has revealed that one of the beneficial aspects of the Essure procedure is the Essure Confirmation Test.  Besides being an integral part of the Essure procedure, it provides BOTH you and your patients with the peace of mind that the Essure procedure has been successfully completed and can be relied upon for permanent birth control. Template Essure Confirmation Test Letters
Reminding patients of HSG appointment details or to schedule/re-schedule their appointments is a task that should be seamlessly integrated into the Essure procedure experience. There’s even a template results letter to send your patients. We have template letters available in MS-Word format to make things easier for your staff. Click here to download.

CC-1066 Essure Confirmation Test Letter Reminder: This letter can be sent to patients who have already scheduled an HSG appointment, to remind them of their appointment date, time, and location.

CC-1066 Essure Confirmation Test  Letter Make Appointment: This letter can be sent to women who need to schedule their HSG appointment to remind them to do so.

CC-1066 Essure Confirmation Test  Letter Missed Appointment: This letter can be sent to women who have missed their HSG appointment, to remind them that they need to reschedule their appointment.

CC-1177 Essure Confirmation Test  Results Letter: This letter can be sent to women who have completed the HSG and can rely on the Essure micro-inserts for permanent birth control.

We suggest that you send the above HSG letters with return receipt and document any phone conversations your office has with the patient regarding her HSG. These letters may provide proof of notification in the unfortunate event that a patient does not comply with the HSG requirement and becomes pregnant. Check with your legal counsel on the use of these letters with regards to liability.
