CC-1066 Essure Confirmation Test Letter Missed Appointment: This letter can be sent to women who have missed their Essure Confirmation Test appointment, to remind them that they need to reschedule their appointment.

We suggest that you send the above Essure Confirmation Test letters with return receipt and document any phone conversations your office has with the patient regarding her Essure Confirmation Test.
